Camp No-Be-Bosco Camping trip

Location

The trip will be at Camp No-Be-Bosco NJ, the direction to the camp can be found at the bottom of the page.

Plan

Friday: The meeting place is the OLA parking lot at 7 PM.

Saturday: After cooking at eating breakfast we will set out on a hike, during the hike we will eat lunch which will consist of sandwiches that we will make earlier in the day. When we return, we will need to start preparing for dinner, gathering wood for the campfire, preparing skits for the closing ceremony, and doing any other activities we planned for.

Sunday: After Breakfast we will pack up, clean the cabin, and leave.

The trip will be a cabin camping trip, so no need to bring a tent, at camp No-Be-Bosco in New Jersey. 

This trip is a great opportunity from getting a lot of rank advancement requirements done along with requirements for certain difficult merit badges for example Cooking merit badge. There aren't any awards that we plan on getting this trip, however.

What to pack

• - ⧠ Class B as well as Class A for travel
• - ⧠ print a map of the campgrounds and trails(provided lower)
• - ⧠ Comfortable shoes for hiking
• - ⧠ Hydration - Refillable water bottle Lunch
• - ⧠ Sandwiches will be made by scouts on the morning of the hike
• - ⧠ Snacks 
• - ⧠ A notebook and pencil to record anything needed for requirements
• - ⧠ Executed Troop permission from ScoutBook
